Account deletion

zakki lets you delete your account directly from the mobile app. This page explains the in-app flow and what to do if you can no longer sign in.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Account from the zakki app.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Review the warning and confirm the deletion.

Once confirmed, zakki deletes your account record, related database entries, and uploaded images used by the app.

If uploaded image cleanup is delayed by a temporary service issue, zakki keeps retrying that cleanup automatically after the account record has been removed.

Before you delete

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, manage recurring billing from that store as needed.
• If you only want to remove a specific memo or image, delete that record from the app instead.

If you cannot access the app

Contact us through the support page or email [email protected]. Include the email address tied to your zakki account so we can help you complete the deletion request.
